SUNDAY AT THE PRIORY. THE OLDEST BUILDING ON MERSEYSIDE


Yes I worked Sunday in the Priory in Birkenhead, the most peaceful, as in restful of our museum sites despite being hampered by having to work with the most boring member of staff. The chimneys of the Chapter House are seen from above and below, in these two shots.
The one below is from above (!) and taken from St Mary's Tower.

The two below are both quite moody pix, well I think so anyway and both try to capture the old and how it reacts with nature.
Or are they just reasonably good photos?
