YET ANOTHER BIKERS WEDDING!

AS I MAY HAVE MENTIONED BEFORE THE REGISTRARS OFFICE SHARES PART OF OUR BUILDING AND WE GET TO SEE ALL SORTS OF WEDDINGS AND CEREMONIES.

WE HAVE HAD QUITE A FEW BIKER'S WEDDINGS THERE RECENTLY. THEY ARE GREAT TO SEE AND ALWAYS GOOD TO PHOTOGRAPH.

THIS IS THE BRIDE AND GROOM! I KID YOU NOT! THE BRIDEGROOM WAS A BEST MAN AT ONE OF OUR PREVIOUS WEDDINGS OF THIS NATURE AND WITHOUT BEING JUDGEMENTAL HE LOOKED A LOT BETTER WITH A LEATHER WAISTCOAT AND LEATHER TROUSERS!

BIT OF A LET DOWN THIS ONE AS THE BRIDE AND GROOM GOT IN TO A ROLLS ROYCE, ALBEIT A ROLLS ROYCE SURROUNDED BY ALL TYPES OF BIKES BUT STILL A ROLLS ROYCE!
LED AWAY OF COURSE BY THIS AMAZING 'TRIKE'. NOTICE THE PHOTOGRAPHER! HE WAS THE ONLY ONE DRESSED LIKE IT WAS A PROPER WEDDING!
CAN NEVER RESIST AND ALWAYS HAVE TO TAKE THE PIC OF THE TRIUMPH BONNEVILLE, INTERESTING CONTRAST HERE THOUGH BECAUSE THE BIG LEAN GREEN MACHINE BEHIND THE 'BONNY' IS ALSO A TRIUMPH WITH TWICE THE SIZE OF ENGINE!
GOOD FUN OF COURSE WAS HAD BY ALL! ONE THING NOT PICTURED THOUGH - THE CHAUFFEUR OF THE ROLLS GOT THE TRADITIONAL CHAMPAGNE AND BUCKET FROM THE BACK OF THE CAR, POPPED THE CORK EVERYONE CHEERED POURED THE GLASS FOR THE BRIDE AND THEN OPENED A CAN OF LAGER FOR THE GROOM AND PORED IT IN TO THE CHAMPAGNE GLASS. LOVELY TOUCH!!

ps if this is you and you were at this wedding or you

know who it is, get in touch! I have about 15 candid

photos of you that I would like you to have!!!!

The bride looks in that picture as though she has just spotted you and is wondering who that is taking photos at her wedding. :-D
Very nice shots, Simon, must be nice to see so many happy faces in celebration on regular occasions.

You must have a story or two to tell also of weddings with strange outcomes, like one party running out at the last minute or such like.

Well there are some stories there's some that make you laugh, some make you cringe and others really make you cry. The ones that make you cry are usually when the Registrars ask us to be witnesses, which happens quite often. In fact the wedding before the Bikers one pictured on Saturday was the last one and the young student guy who is working with us in the summer 'lost his witness cherry' nothing to cry about on that one though.
I get away with taking photos because I am in uniform and have a council badge and just say that it is for our own publicity!
The little blond at the bottom well that was just pure voyeurism!

I went to a "white trash" wedding one time, where people actually showed up wearing sweat pants and Nascar jackets...I was wearing a suit and I barely knew the couple!

There was a purple wedding not so long ago, bride, groom, best man, bridesmaid all in matching purple head to toe! Brides hair yep purple bride grooms hair purple streak!

Most of the guests purple but not matching purple, do you know how many different purples there are?

Best of the day guy wearing a black Deep Purple T shirt!!

Tut tut(teehee)True bikers would have turned up in their leathers and originals no matter what(bride included) and wouldn't be seen dead anywhere near a Rolls. That groom looks like he's just taken five minutes off from reading the paper or something. My brother's friends used to dress more like bikers than this bunch and none of them even had a bike! Yes some of them were a bit strange like that. Nice photos though.

Oh yeah Pauline we've had them with all the gear as well, loads better. Still good to see though!

I have some biker friend and I have to tell ya, they always look more comfy and natural in their biker gear.
But I came over to thank you for all the voting and supporting you've done for me. It means more to me than I can tell you. Truly.
I don't think I'm gonna win. she let me get up to where I was dead even with her and then...somehow she's just getting vote after vote. She must be an awfully popular gal.
I'm dead dog beat, Ebezp. I'll be glad when this horserace is over. Terrible thing when you hate to lose and know you're gonna. Still and all, I'm darned grateful for you and all the people who tried to help me pull it off.

I guess bikers are bikers the world over hey.

Thanks for popping over to say that and there's no one I would rather have done it for. Someone once said it's not the winning its the taking part but yah boo sucks to that.

She is very popular No. 1 blogger in Canada, don't like her style but she's had a couple of books published and thinks she's the bees knees.

You have been beaten by possibly the only person that could and that's excellent.
