Monosyllabic. Why does the word used to describe one-syllable words have five syllables?
Abbreviation isn't much better. Twelve letters to spell the word that defines a shortened word or phrase.
"New and Improved!" How many times can they re-invent and improve a product? And would we still buy it if it said, "Same old, same old"?
"Have a good one!" A good what? Just once it would be nice if they would specify.
