QUITE A WEEK SO FAR.......

Quite a week so far….Getting off the train going to work pushing past about 40 Father Christmasses, that doesn’t look right, maybe it should be Christmases, but anyway there were Mother Xmases and even little people Christmases as well all on their way to a Santa Dash (pictured) I suppose coz it’s all for charity it’s not so bad but I am glad to see that they have changed the name from Christmas Fun Run because the words ‘fun’ and ‘run’ should never be used together! I’m not so sure that even ‘Santa’ and ‘Dash’ should be either maybe ‘Christmas Free for All for charity, dressed as Santa’ would be more appropriate.

If you haven’t seen School of Rock, though it does appear that most people have, except me until Sunday night, then you really must! It is superb and a lot different to what I expected, Jack Black, long time film hero, is such a funny guy and the whole film just gels and what’s more….it ROCKS! Wonderful soundtrack too, just right for Boring Old Fart Corner!
While on the subject of movies and yes I know it is really a chick flick, Love Actually was actually very good, despite not really liking Hugh Grant but it’s not only about him which I had thought it was and what’s more another good soundtrack, lurking below the surface. Though not really suitable for the above ‘Corner’

Circus Circus is a slightly outdated hotel in comparison to others on the Las Vegas Strip but in it’s favour it does have America’s largest indoor theme park under its roof and 11 restaurants, 20 shops and that’s not mentioning the nearly 3500 rooms on 35 floors. Also between 6 – 12 February 2007 it will be hosting the MAINMAN’s WILKO NEWS crew! Yes it’s booked along with the flights so here we go……….
WILKO’S CIRCUS CIRQUE LAS VEGAS TRIP TO END ALL TRIPS FEBRUARY 07 is on it’s way. Short form LV NV 07.
What fun we are going to have….All 5 Cirque du Soleil shows in just seven days, six nights so later in February expect plenty of photies!!!!!
Impulse King pressed the button on the largest financial transaction that both MAINMAN and he had ever seen on line. It’s a really big WOW already!

Askdad.com was really put to the test from 22.50 Tuesday with IMPULSE KING really living up to his name by throwing an impromptu day trip to London in to the mix, Wednesday! All sorted in about half an hour! Still don’t know that much about the audition he went to and I don’t think he does either all I could get out of the buzz was, “the rehearsals are in Orlando…..”
Meanwhile the Thames Valley Police have been alerted to the fact that RAFMAN is learning to drive, my sincere sympathies go out to his instructor who was last seen running in a demented state around Cartoontown saying something about ….”danger money”
