Quite a day really! Bit of a shock to hear Birkenhead referred to as a city especially two days after Liverpool FC bring back the FA cup to the city of Liverpool. After all 12 Quays hasn't been there that long, why wasn't the bomb found when it was been built? What sort of coincedence is it that the Royal Navy were just yesterday doing a routine search with a minesweeper?
Even in foreign surely 500Kgs is a BIG Bomb isn't it?
Funniest thing though, hearing a reporter on Skynews saying
"Please be aware that the people that you can see standing in the water are not real people but sculptures"
Bit disappointed not to hear the bang when it went off, in a controlled way.
